The Throak of Myfar are a large, slow, primitive race of reptile men who dwell in the swamps of Myfar and other countries in the realms of Oold.
Their culture is troglodytic and shamanistic, and has not developed much since they first discovered how to make fire and tools.
Throak are generally good natured as long as they are left alone, though a Throak's ire is said to be more fearsome than that of a dragon's.
Throak mate in pairs for life out of love after courtship and simply can not grasp the concept of 'sexy'.
It just... doesn't make any sense to them.
They don't get it.

I love the idea of gigantic, lumbering, tribal lizard men who AREN'T horrible xenophobic savages.
