With the pole and the fish/bird/mouse/whatever tied to the end of a string?
Yeah. be careful with those.
My cat was playing with one without a lot of supervision or anyone holding the wooden pole and the string got wrapped around her hind leg.
Mom and I chased her all around the house before she hid under a bed, then we had to disassemble the bed and keep her still while I cut the string - which had tangled and knotted itself around both of her legs quite tightly.
She's fine now, let this serve as a cautionary warning.
Sucks pretty bad because she's super fat and that was one of the only toys she would play wit.:/
